Welcome to Ashby Confections' Online Store

We strive to make the finest chocolates, caramels, marshmallows and myriad other confections that we can. 100% handmade, from scratch, in small batches and with only the finest, most wholesome ingredients.

 

We use Guittard,  White Label Chocolate and Clover Organic Dairy Products exclusively!

All our fruits, herbs and spices are fresh, organic and sourced locally whenever possible, as well as other ingredients such as sugar, agave syrup, and now organic glucose instead of corn syrup in all things that previously had corn syrup.. What we do is often more hands-on, a little more costly, and more time-consuming but it's a Labor of Love! The process of making Ashby Confections is a blend of art, magic and science! We love what we do and we know you will too!

Toasted ‘slightly sweetened’ coconut, our exquisitely delicious caramel and 70% Fair Trade Dark Chocolate make these a winner!

As with most Ashby Confections, people often comment that the level of sweetness is not overpowering but "just right". We pride ourselves on being able to achieve the perfect balance of flavors; chocolate (of course!), the toasted fragrance of Coconut, sublime sweetness and the butteriness of the caramel. They are, if we do say so, exquisite!
